As a family owned business, Santer has built its foundation around exceptional service by using a unique design-build approach to ensure unified flow from initial concepts rights through to completion. Your vision for your home.
Our expert team is made up of seasoned carpenters, comprehensive service staff and knowledgeable Account Managers. Santer services home builders throughout the GTA and surrounding areas, private custom home builders and homeowners respectively.

Pat
After successfully managing a trim company for over a decade, it was time to venture out and create his own mark in the word. With a passion for the industry from a young age, an intuitive business plan and a solid team, Santer Trim and Doors opened for business in 2018. With a Degree and Diploma in Business Management, Pat is a critical thinker. His strongest attribute is his instinctive business sense. His exceptional rapport with clients is what sets him apart from the masses.
Pat leads a talented, results-driven team known for their extraordinary work and excellence.

A true veteran with a background in Engineering who has devoted his professional career to making an impact in the trim industry. Peter is a business savvy entrepreneur with expertise in business start up, business retention and sales. As one of Santer’s biggest assets, he brings to the team a keen eye for efficiency and a wealth of real-life experience.

Sandra
Sandra is the bridge between customer satisfaction and exceptional workmanship. Formerly a Customer Service Director at Torstar Media, Sandra is a customer service Guru. She mixes real-life experience and working knowledge with enthusiasm, passion, and creativity to get the job done.
